Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the items returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


If an item does not fit as expected, please let us know by emailing us at jessi@beversa.com and including your order number. We will exchange the item for a different size upon the original item's return.



In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at jessi@beversa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
