Shipping policy
We strive to process all orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During times of high order volume such as seasonal launches or sales, order processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times and will do everything in our power to minimize delays.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We also offer $12 flat rate shipping in the United States.
Free shipping is available on all orders $100 or greater before tax.
Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for all orders to be delivered in Chico, California only.
Deliveries are made from 5pm-7pm Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at jessi@beversa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due to various carrier limitations with P.O. boxes, we kindly request that all orders be sent to residential or commercial addresses only.
